There's nothing difficult in learning about the merit system since it has been well explained with the procedures needed together with every information needed to know about the merit system, i will say that people are the ones that feels too lazy to search and find because obviously you can't have what you don't search and not until you begin to contribute well to the forum you can't have merit or grow in rank, and all these begins with learning when you read the rules and regulations, understand the pattern to posts, activities and merits.
