They have certain time limits but it can exceed in some cases where they are verifying the details but as already said above that miscommunication among staff could lead to time delays but good to hear that finally it was processed.So this is good thing that it may take time but you will get paid at last.
Yes at least now we know the reason is a misunderstanding and most importantly, problems like this do not happen again to other users in the future
