I don't have a fix answer for this question because I do both. Gambling has added some positive impact in my life as it helps me sometimes when I'm in need of urgent cash after I have exhausted my monthly salary and and other side income that comes into my account like my signature earnings or my side hustle that involve selling novels, books etc.

I think on a majority note, gambling has made my life better and for any gambler who isn't an addict, I think they should be experiencing same benefits. If gambling isn't doing you any good then you shouldn't be gambling again. There are so many ways to make money on the internet that you shouldn't be only relying on gambling.
