So I am at fault for thinking that Barcelona is a below level club. Perhaps because they were eliminated early in the Champions League group stage while Real Madrid remained alive and kicking. Despite my desire for Barcelona to win La Liga this season, this data changed my perspective on the club. I admit that my perception of the club was influenced as a fan who was dissatisfied with their performance in the Champions League and Europa. Lewandowski and his teammates will be motivated to perform better in the next upcoming season, particularly in the Champions League, if they win La Liga.
Barcelona are amazing performance in their domestic league but they are not good enough to compete in the top competition like the champions league or Europa. The bluagrana have quality players but they're not weigh better than real madrid who's very competitive in other top competition. Barcá is topping the table with clear 9 points gap but they can't beat elite clubs in UEFEA and Europa which is actually poor. Xavi Hernandez needs to motivate the players inother for them to start playing like big club in other leagues.
