Are these "virgin loaded" cards, similar to the original BTCC chips and coins that were loaded directly from a block reward, and if not, can you offer cards created that way?

These cards do not contain bitcoin from a newly-mined block. We will take your request under consideration, but please be aware that BTCC had its own mining pool, which made it easier to do.
