My suspicions are everywhere, OP.
I have a question that might make you more wary of accepting transaction offers from random people. Why would someone entrust you with a large amount of bitcoins if everyone can independently create their own custody wallet? If this is a sign of a scam, then there are 2 possibilities why they are offering you this job, they want your "penny" or they want to make you a puppet.
General advice: Something that looks too good to be true is usually a scam
They want to hire someone who has the ability to trade large amounts of bitcoins. and they have this term to be done as a proof. anyway this is a required term and they do not change it. they are active in real estate business and want to enter in crypto investing and trading and do not want to change this term.
