Keep in mind that statute of limitations on federal crime is 5 years. Since there isn't really a hard date that the theft occurred. Make sure its presented as an ongoing crime and not something that happened prior to 2018
From my perspective, the theft took place the moment Tim swept the bitcoin from my 2FA Coin to another wallet that I have no access to. And according to the blockchain, that took place 2022-11-16 03:12:04.

My guess is that these are all 2FA coins that where swept on November 16th, 2022. Prior to that, we didn't have "access" to our bitcoin...but it wasn't stolen. Now...it's stolen.
