I think OP has a point.
If OP was multiaccounting why didn't they state that in the first place? And if he has cost Playbetr/Betcoin tens of thousands of dollars, why would they offer him his deposit back? Doesn't make sense. I respect The Pogg as a mediator but how can we know for sure what kind of info they have been provided with?
All I know is that Playbetr wasn't accusing OP of multiaccounting in the first place (gyazo.com/2cce2f6e291bab297c8dbf9e2940b321).
Did they found that out later on after making more investigation or did they use it as a last line of defense?
Its simple. Playbetr is lying.
They googled the OPs username and came across this post from askgamblers:
