Rubbish dirty arbitrage betting is legal and always has been.
Not if the rules and terms and conditions say it's illegal. And point 9.7 in the Playbetr T&C clearly state that arbitrage, together with many other activities, isn't allowed on the casino. You are bound by the rules of the site you use, not what every individual person thinks should be right.
It's true that some fiat sportsbooks don't mind arbitrage betting. You should bet on those that have no problems with it and stay away from sites that do.
