Is it possible for you to have an independent, critical thought of your own, or are you destined to be moronic lemming for the rest of your life?  How about you start by not regurgitating the narrative of your draconian, totalitarian overlords, and instead, questioning their authority?  To much of a coward?

If a inexperienced driver gets behind behind the wheel of a Mustang and ruins someone's lawn, is Ford responsible for the damage?  They built the over-powered car, after all.
If a mugger takes someone's wallet in an empty subway car at midnight, is the transit authority responsible for the victim's loss?  The chose to run the mostly empty subway car at midnight, after all...

If Alice chooses to provide a service that helps people maintain financial privacy, but some abuse the service to hide criminal activity, does that make Alice a criminal?  Instead of asking those who helped Alice if they are afraid of being charged with a made-up crime along with Alice, perhaps you should be asking those who claim to be the "Authorities" what gives them to authority to label Alice's actions a crime.  Why don't ask the "Authorities" if they're afraid the people will eventually strip them of their power if they continue to abuse it.

Obviously that would require some intelligence and critical thinking skills...
