My hope is that in the future they (Russia) can take firm action against all types of fraud in the crypto and gambling industry so that no more victims are harmed.
Something like this will never happen as long as they are ruled by pathetic people like Putin who is willing to plunge the entire world into chaos in order to achieve his insane goals no matter what.

One must be aware on the history of Russia as a place where cyber criminals can live unpunished for crimes committed on internet.
I personally doubt Putin or anyone within his closest circle in involved with this scam of casino, but this may be the result of some oligarch trying to increase their revenue using 1xbit to steal funds from all around the world, knowing the Russian police won't interfere at all. I assume they cannot do the same as easily as they would like to with 1xbet, because there it is about FIAT, and Russia is sanctioned and it is a centralized system, making it difficult to steal and ghost their gamblers.
