If that is the bitcoin artifacts [digital or physical] --collectibles subforum perhaps suitable to post and the post above was right if that is related to the development --Project development board is the right one.
As he has said NFT collection so probably it would be digital one only but if he is making some project that will have real building over it bitcoin related then project development is suitable board for it rather then collectibles board.
