I remembered that there's a similar thread here that raised the hope of 1xbit victims and later all was to no avail.

With my experience in online scam, I want to assure us that there is no new management, it is same people that wants to try a new domain because the former has been successfully demarketed.
No sane entrepreneur will acquire a scam domain and agree to solve all the scams committed with the domain.
