I would also request @seoincorporation to inform us all in this thread if this issue is resolved or whatever the support team suggest to you in your case as to help others in case they face similar situations but as a reminder always take care of these small things like 2FA security and your account details.

I was expecting to get an answer from the staff on this thread, but as you mentioned, it looks like they are not active in the forum anymore, maybe this thread should be locked because if they will not answer their customers then this thread is nonsense.
I try to contact live support in the site, but I want able, I think that we need an account for that, and I if create a new account then I'm risking the other one because multiple accounts are not allowed. So, it is a tricky situation.
I will try to write them a main, let's see if I can fix it that way.
