I don't recommend buying or selling it, as that will throw your previous research into chaos. Sol is not a preferred choice for me in this market, but the expectations you set are very pleasant and completely achievable.
We've also seen a startling recovery from Sol over time, but the problems it has are questionable, and there are much better options here.
Op does not specify if he will buying and selling instead he is more curious if this will hit 40 bucks this year or at least the next(halving season)
though what you said is also correct that SOL is not a preferred choice for buy and sell but at least consider purchasing when its low and selling when its high.
