I went through this. Extremely bad idea, especially if your timeframes are very small, like 5M, 15M. All these figures on such timeframes often fail. One time they work, the other time they don't. I spent a huge amount of time fine-tuning and refining signals for such a strategy, being a scalper, then I realized that I would not get a full-fledged working solution, because the market is constantly changing. What worked in a bear market stops working in a bull market, and so on. Ultimately, I focused only on the levels, this is the highest quality signal for buying or selling, you can also find such signals in day trading.
In general, if you still decide to trade using this strategy, then I can advise you to use no more than 2-3 signals of the highest quality and proven ones for a buy / sell signal. This will be better than trying to see the opportunity to earn in various patterns and candles.
