Somehow I can't believe this news. This has been said before and nothing has changed. I won't believe it until I see that all the scam allegations are resolved. Until that has happened I would remain cautious and would still not recommend 1xBit. 
I'm curious if you really manage to restore the reputation and solve all the problems. Otherwise this announcement brings nothing. With this takeover, you also took on many, many problems. I doubt if that was a good decision. It's going to be a tough task, Mark!
What about before? Are those scam accusations were resolved? Or are there no complaints about them that time but they just hand out to a new owner. If that is, then that new owner must be the problem but its hard to believe that someone will buy an existing casino that has lots of unresolved problems but maybe the casino has been offered to them at a cheap price because the owner have gave up already and they can not get new costumers to be scammed.I'm curious if you really manage to restore the reputation and solve all the problems. If it was me, I think I'd better start on scratch as that will still be cheaper and I will be able to focus easily on how to improve it than by fixing the existing mess which will just delay me.
