There's a new account claimed if they're now become a new management of 1xbit and want to solve all of the problems. But take a look with @OP, where he was give a promise to solve all the problems before, but his account currently receive 28 negative feedbacks which mean everyone still think 1xbit is scam including me.
Either he's trolling or phishing scammer, I don't really care. The victims of 1xbit scammer need to be careful for not trusting a newbie account, however don't have a high hope if they will solve your problem too.

Have left negative feedback as clearly this user is impersonating 1xtbit, which in itself is scam exchange. Credit to robelneo for highlighting this with feedback, otherwise I wouldn't have found the reference link in a hurry.
Your flag is (again) inaccurate though. It's references the 1xbit reputation topic (that 1xbit1.com has nothing to do with) as opposed to the clear reference of impersonation.
I don't doubt that it could have been relevant initially though, before the user was clearly identified as an impersonator.
Would happily support a flag with the correct reference link, as provided in the trust feedback
