i honestly can't understand people's mindset here.

doing kyc should never be the deciding factor between you getting banned/flagged for suspicious activity or not. in fact, i've come across a section of btctalk where there were people trying to buy ID docs (specifically proof of adress) so they can bypass KYC using someone else's data. how would a casino asking for KYC stop anything else but you creating another account with a VPN? you think having done KYC will save you AFTER they decice to ban you?

personally, i place almost 99% of my bets on esports, one of the easier types of sports to profit from, but i also constantly face constant liquidity issues and very limited event listings on most of the casinos (which makes sense given the higher average winrate for players). if i have a 70% winrate with an average of 2 odds, does that mean i'm a cheater and deserve to get banned? what if most of my bets are on mid/low tier events by the casino's standards? please explain to me how you could can say this person is "scamming" the casino when the player has no say on stake limits or event listings. i place bets on matches LISTED BY THE CASINO, with stake limits that THE CASINO CHOSES.

when i see people getting banned and their winnings voided, i expect a valid reason. if you think im manipulating odds/placing bets of fixed matches, betting with inside info or whatever you want to call, there should be EVIDENCE BEYOND REASONABLE DOUBT, nothing of the ToS violation bullshit. no casino should be able to get away with this shit and when i see people going "well, if you have been banned surely you were cheating" it just makes my brain hurt.
