Never buy a company that has stolen money from customers and is being accused of a scam

Very correct, because buying an indebted and corrupt company make you guilty of all the crimes of the previous owners and I can't imagine some one taking over such a bad business/company like 1xbits because this act can lead ops to jail if those who have been cheated on by the previous operators eventually get justice in court.
-So ultimately this is not the decision by ops, and I will not support anything as such, now that the official 1xbit has denied the ops, it looks like this is another shill account.
they should have created their own business under a different domain name. one search via google and they should have known that 1xbit has a lot of unresolved cases. they are just giving a headache on themselves. but if the new management is not legit, it means, the OP is just trying to catch some naive players to play on the site using their name. and probably disappear once they got a hold of some money.
