Although I would agree with your statement, given the fact that I for one have stopped studying, and is living fairly well-off without a degree, I wouldn't be so hasty as to provide a haphazard advice especially since it involves money, which in his case is even more crucial since it's money that is entrusted to him by whoever to be payment for tuition. I would agree, bitcoin is a good form of investment, and there's a huge possibility for profit if you look past its crazy volatility rate, but I wouldn't really be the guy to tell him "hey, stop studying bro just buy bitcoin". That's just belligerent.

OP, if possible, pay off your college tuition with that money, and invest on bitcoin with money that you worked for, do not break your people's trust by doing something under their noses. Moreso endanger your future because as much as people hate to admit it, a degree is still very much relevant today. It's not part of the success recipe yes, but it's something that makes the journey a little easier for you. So go get that degree, and make your own bitcoin success story.
