Manchester City still have one direct match with Arsenal and assume they win it, the gap will become two points. However, if Manchester City go far in Champions League like semi final, they will be more distracted and lose concentration on Premier League. Risk to see Arsenal expand the gap is not small with Manchester City.
right now Arsenal is just focused on the premier league and they have more time for recovery and save the potential for the rest of the league while also there is eight points gap between these team which can be the reason to say Arsenal have more chance to take the title for this season.
In theory, Arsenal will have good advantage in coming weeks but not sure will they or Manchester City lose points. I love the beauty football Arsenal are playing and their strong mentality in this season so I really wish them the best to win Premier League. Then Premier League next seasons will no longer dual competition between Manchester City and Liverpool. Together with good growth from Manchester United and Newcastle United, Premier League will become more exciting.
