There are number of 100% NO KYC Casinos, some of which are members of this forum and have been here for many years and getting stronger. We are operating on similar business model and knows exactly how to go about it. That shouldn't be anyone's problem. We are non jurisdictional independent casino and the only thing that would make us to want to request for KYC is if we decided to base in certain jurisdiction. Something we are not planning to do. If in future we decided to operate from any Geo-juridiction, there are countless of No KCY friendly jurisdictions. So, leave that entirely for us.

What will be the reasons why you would ask for KYC in the future?

Didn't they answer this that there is a lot of NO KYC friendly jurisdiction?  So @OP is assuring us that in the future when they decided to operate from any GEO-jurisdiction, they will make sure that it will be on a NO KYC friendly country.

I'm just a bit curious and would want to see the difference in some casinos that announces anonymity but would still surprise their users with a KYC requirement. Does it mean that no KYC isn't guaranteed on your site? Anyway, it wouldn't be a problem if a casino will ask for KYC because there are really instances when the casino has to protect both users and the site. It's how they keep their security protected.

I think that is what they are assuring their player that they will never ask for KYC.  Though I find it quite hard to maintain such stance since regulation on crypto casino is getting tighter each day, I think I'll take their promise and see if they will keep it that way.

Thank you for helping be emphasize the clarifications. Companies make changes in their policies time after time. Ours is never an exception but we will always try to keep the platform 100% anonymous all the time.
