You are not active in the discussion if you really want to earn merits then be active and participate in discussions. Also to give merits to others you need to own s-merits which are obtained by receiving merits 0.5 per merit received and you can send =>1 to others which means to send 1 merit you need to earn 2 merits. Otherway to send merits is to Be a merit source which is quite rare. Also you are from 2017 and still don't know how merit system works on forum which proves that you haven't spend much time on forum.
