UPW is not going to be able to get ahead of MI in my opinion, as far as I am concerned. In order for this to be a final, MI and DC should face off. To me, UPW does not appear to be consistent enough in its approach. It has been a regular occurrence for them to lose matches here and there. However, I am not saying that there is no possibility for them to reach the finals of the tournament. They are just not good enough to be able to get ahead of the Mumbai Indians.
Difficult to say which of these teams deserve the trophy more - Mumbai Indians and Delhi Capitals. Both of them have performed exceptionally well so far in this season, winning 75% of their respective group matches. One advantage with Mumbai is that they are less dependent on overseas players, at least with respect to Delhi. For Mumbai, players like Harmanpreet Kaur, Saika Ishaque and Yastika Bhatia have performed up to the mark. On the other hand, Delhi is overdependent on their overseas stars including Meg Lanning, Alice Capsey and Marizanne Kapp.
I agree with you. Both Delhi Capitals Women's Team and Mumbai Indians Women's Team are playing very well in the Women's IPL. And both have the potential to be champions. But I would say Delhi is performing better than Mumbai at the moment. Delhi Capital Women won the last match against Mumbai by 9 wickets. And in every match, we see that Delhi Capitals women's team is dominating. In the form this team is in right now, it will be very difficult for any team to beat them. Their batting line-up is very strong. Every batsman in the team is in good form now.
