I've given the no KYC the lowest score, casinos that have this feature will struggle to check abuses and trust from the community when it comes to compliance.

I’m usually ignoring now a good help desk category since all of them just the casino protocol on handling cases. This mean that support can’t fix an issue that out of their scope which is the common concern of the players. Help desk of the casinos just varies on the speed of answering customer concerns.
