Did Barcelona experience a serious problem until it was dropped to the Segunda?
Segunda is a lower caste in Spain and I'm really not sure and/or don't understand what you mean, about how Barcelona will play in Segunda next season? Because after all, if there is a sanction then I'm not sure Barcelona will be dropped that low.

If you know clearer information then say so, because if you don't get any information and you say that then clearly it is wrong and bad information.
