If this is still the beginning of a bear marker, I think it's okay to wait a while because there is a big chance that the coin will still drop.  By now, I think the bear spell is off but for those who are just here on the scene, they might buy some to experience their first bull run.  They should only buy more when the bull run ends successfully and is replaced by a bear market again.
