I just registered on coinplay today and deposited some money. I made a few bets and finally realized that I couldn't log into my account. I sent an e-mail to the security team. They sent me the text below and did not give me my money. I have never withdrawn money.

If you notice, they didn't open my account even though I only had to withdraw the deposited amount.

BEWARE THIS SITE IS SCAM
First you need to understand why your account got suspended. Read the email carefully and it is written clearly that you have violated some terms and condition. May we know what did you do exactly after depositing the money
Secondly, also let us know how much money did you deposit ? Also you said you made few bets, did you won those bets or lost them ?
How much is the total money left in your account ?
I just played live bets. I both won and lost. I was in total profit
