Can you explain if this is true or not? if so, can you explain why you are taking this action? let's assume that I had an account at your casino, my balance was 0$ and I was inactive for 1 year does that mean that if I want to get my account back I will have to pay an inactivity fee corresponding to 1 year? In your opinion: is this measure not keeping customers away? why would someone spend 100$ to pay inactivity fee while they can take the 100$ and put it in another casino and play?
