Hello i just want to ask if i you guys also notice when the bitcoin rise there are also a lot of new projects come out and if bitcoin fall there are only few projects build, is it because some projects developer notice that most of the successful projects are build in bull market and most of the projects build on bear market are failed? Or they don't care about bull and bear market and they build thier project because the time is already been set?
I think most projects will launch their altcoin when the market is rising or recovering (bullrun), because the chance for the projects to success is greater than launching when the market is down (bear run), therefore when the price of Bitcoin rises and the market is recovering, so many altcoin will start to appear, because people will start to be interested in cryptocurrency again and start to investing in cryptocurrency to take the opportunities (get profit) during a bull market runs.
because when the bullish season occurs, more and more investors will enter, so that it becomes an opportunity for new projects to more easily promote their projects, so that many new altcoins often appear, especially when that is the right time to seek investor confidence for future project developments. On the other hand, speculators will look for prospective new projects to do pumping, so that it will be easier for money to come in, and after that it depends on the development strategy.
