Now my question is, As a business or as a career person who is also into gambling/betting, would you quit your current business or career if you won the same amount of money from gambling/betting?

No, it's better to grow my career/business with this money I earn from gambling. That can make my future even brighter, because if I go out and continue to gambling it's not good sir. I mean this year we won a lot but that's not going to happen in the next year so for me better don't leave career/business, gambling just for fun.
