Statistically, all kind of services have at least a few negative reviews based on the personal experience of their clients and I believe it is more likely for someone who is having troubles with the service to leave a negative review than someone who is having a good time and would leave a positive review.
In the end, complaints are more common. If some casino or sevice in general have upstandting (not shilled) positive reviews over negative ones, it could be taken a signal of being a good service.
Also, I just noticed that OP (this pathetic scammer) was banned, which is something I did not expect to happen, nothing of value for this community was lost today.
