Tiktok is a vertically addicting platform, and anytime I log in, I have trouble leaving the app. I would say, "Let me watch one video," and before I knew it, I had watched a lot of them. I've made an effort to limit the amount of time I spend on there, but occasionally, when I'm feeling lonely or bored and need a break from this forum, all I do is go there and watch a few videos. It also really helped me when I was overthinking a problem i had with my girlfriend. I would just go to the platform to let off some steam and stop thinking about the problem.
