You come up with the strangest things. Anybody in the top governmental position of any country almost HAS TO BE a crook, just to make his country work. Puppet Biden is way more of a criminal than Putin could ever think of being.
The arrest was issued not for Biden, but for the thief Putin. I believe in facts, not fantasy.
Anybody can issue an arrest warrant for anybody else. Or, anybody can get together with a few friends, and together they can issue an arrest warrant for anybody. You can even do it, right? But why?
An arrest warrant doesn't mean anything except that there is strength behind it to do the arrest. Otherwise it is just babble. The question is, what strength do the issuers of an arrest warrant for Putin have? I don't see anybody stopping Russia from killing Ukrainian soldiers.
If we are realistic about this arrest warrant, it is likely just a symbolic measure. Because Putin does not have any reason to leave his country, specially in war time.
Even if Putin left Russia to visit a country which in theory is supposed to comply with the arrest warrant, (like Venezuela), the arrest is unlikely to happen due to the fears of escalation of the hostilities and in the Venezuelan case, Russia is such an ally of this corrupt government that they would rather not to comply.
