Juventus still have a chance to move into the top four of the points table. The main reason for this is that apart from Napoli and Lazio, none of the teams in Serie A are performing regularly. Inter Milan, AC Milan, Roma, and Atalanta have dropped points in more than three of their last 5 matches. And if these teams can't return to form, it won't be difficult for Juventus to move into the top four of the points table.
Although Juventus lost 15 points, they are in good form now. I would say that if Juventus now concentrate fully on the Serie A matches, they can finish in the top four of the table and qualify for the Champions League. But if they want to do well in both Serie A and the Europa League, it will be difficult for them to maintain consistency.
If you look at the performance of other teams that are above it, Juventus' chances of grabbing the top four positions are still wide open. But the thing that bogged down the Bianconeri's mission was the breakdown in their concentration. The old lady still had to prepare her energy for the other two tournaments. Copa Italia and Europa League. Facing such a situation, it looks like it will be very difficult for Allegri to achieve his target (finishing in the top four).
I think due to the bad performance of top teams except for Napoli, Juventus can still have the chance to be at top of the table. Because Inter Milan was the second team in Serie A while they were performing badly in the games and even when they won the game they were not having many opportunities compared to other teams, and there is the same situation for other teams, they are mostly unstable.

The teams which are ahead of Juventus are not performing consistently at all. So Juventus still has a good chance of finishing in the top 6/5 positions. The point difference with the teams ahead can be a problem for Juventus.

Honestly, Juventus will have to perform really well and consistently to actually getting the top six or five positions. But the way the teams who are above performing right now, it is very possible for Juventus in my opinion. The dream of Allegri is not a very unrealistic one.
