We understand why people will think that money is the root of all evil because we have seen some people transform from one person to another just as soon as they have money. It is not really the money that is to be blamed but the person cos that is who they really were even when they didn't have the money. Still, the only thing now is that they feel they now have money to misbehave, and let's not forget that on the other hand, money can also make others become extremely good, better than how we knew them before the money came.
So we can see that it is not the money but the person.
That is definitely a difficult situation to be in. If I get 1 million dollars today, and I mean that's a lot of money for me, that's more money than I will earn in my entire life, probably more than double the amount of money I will earn in my life. What will happen? I will tell you what will happen, I think the closest thing will be a lot of "family" members will ask for money if they hear about it, then a lot of friends would expect me to pay for stuff as well.
In near future, I will have nothing at all, because that million dollars will be over if you give it to people. Instead, focus on spending it carefully and help people if you can from the income of it and not the money itself. I understand why people suddenly change, they don't want to lose it all.
