I truly appreciate  your sincere explanation and am happy you found out what went wrong. I can only imagine the volume of orders, emails etc you are dealing with.

I will go for the compensation of 1 week's mining in bitcoins and wait for the miner to arrive.

Do you know if the miner has been shipped yet.....or  when it will be shipped?
