If I may ask, what exact forum are you looking for when we already have the likes of "bitcointalk.org", the official forum of Bitcoin, able to accommodate any capacity? Because no doubt in the future the price will be extreme, and as such create an avenue for more people to be more involved. And crypto class can be organized both online and offline by anyone who wishes to spread the knowledge of crypto/Bitcoin.
