Barcelona must remain focused on trying to always win in every game because until now they are still at the top of the La Liga standings. Xavi must maintain the strategy used because the way he has succeeded in making Barcelona so far, Barcelona will get back up and hopefully they will manage to win in La Liga.
Of course, so far there is no problem for his coaching style. He's been consistent with his coaching style and that has been proven while in local competitions. But he failed miserably in the UCL and Europa League. Even with huge player spending, he has not been able to compete in Europe. I think this is what they have to fix. In addition, there have been some ugly rumours regarding bribing referees and Gavi's problematic extension could possibly become a serious problem.
It's true Barcelona preformence was very bad in European Competitions but i believe xavi is doing a great job so far, Barcelona club was destroyed and to bring back old Barcelona i think xavi or any other coach will need longer time and xavi can do it in my opinion, not only because he's a great coach but also because he loves the club
