Yes it got chipped, I had it out showing it off to friends and it fell in my recliner and when I reclined it chipped the case. The coins is still in the holder and hasn't/can't be taking out without more damage to the case. I can assure anyone that the coin is still the same condition as when it was graded. If you want a new case and they grade it a lower grade I will give you .5BTC so you in no way could lose out on this.
