Can you also confirm about the local altcoin section, does it count or not?
Posts in local sections are not taken into account if they are excluded sections. But I re-read the post history of each participant and if the post is very valuable, then I count it. For example, in the last campaign, I took into account about half of the posts written by Buchi-88, despite the fact that they were published in Altcoins Local.
