Let me summarize the facts:
- I am not from a forbidden country, I live in Germany
- I have not bet using VPN, I simply used my normal German IP-address
- I have not bet on dodgy unknown leagues where I could maybe gain an unfair advantage
- All my bets were on one of the biggest leagues in the world: the NBA. And not even on handicaps or totals but the most reliable market of them all: the game winner market
- I have not used any software or robots placing my bets
- I did not claim any bonus
- I only have one account
It will be difficult to ascertain all this claims if there are no proofs. Victims sometimes are always in a hurry to present situations in a way that favours them. I am not saying that could be your case but to be on the fair side Coinplay will need to respond to the thread, with their own side of the story to avoid been bias. If none of this rules was violated it is impossible to get your account blocked. Lets hope your side of the story is clean and clear and wait for Coinplay to share theirs.
I think we live in a world where the one confiscating is the one having to submit the proof for their actions. Or can people just confiscate stuff and then the victim has to prove he has NOT done something wrong? That would be a sick world to live in.
