Right. If they want to maintain their reputation. They should respond to that scam accusation thread. As you can see, they already got a DT negative tag which is super bad. Their official account was active a couple of minutes ago, and they simply ignored the scam accusation. I am not sure if they saw that thread. Since OP also posted here, they must see it, and I hope they will come up with a solution. Spending thousands of dollars on signature won't help them if they doesn't resolve issues here.
