There is no reason...I've talked since the first day with their support team[zendesk], but they only promised that will solve my problem...and have done nothing since then. I have commented on their Twitter account and I've been blocked.
the fact that they are trying to hide the issue you have with them on their social media account by blocking you is concerning.
anyway, it would be good if you can provide screenshots of emails or a chat of your conversation with them that supports your claim. it wouldn't really help you but it could help people decide whether to use the exchange site or not.
