I'm not seeing an 'Investigations' board...not sure where to find it. Would 'scam accusations' be the proper board? If so, as a newbie, can I actually create a thread?
Jr. Members and Newbies cannot see the investigations board because it's hidden from them.

What are you trying to accomplish at this point? As other have pointed out you have to be a certain rank, as well as those other boards may not be searchable via Google, which is a big part of this. I know quite a few people have found out about this ordeal via this thread from a google search.
Again, I plan to update the original post so provide a summary of what happened, what's been going on, and where thing stand at present moment. I think this is the best thing we can do at this moment.
