But, you can't expect them do it in a day or two, you need to give them as much time as possible, whatever they need, if you are fine and broke no rules then you should be fine and they would be getting back to you with no problems at all. This period takes time, let it happen and you will be fine.
Usually they gave users a time period to wait and meanwhile they check the issue with the concerned team and escalate the matter to them so yes it can take time but if they are taking too long you can ask them for updates but didn't expect them to solve it as soon as you contact them.
