Trustpilot rating is not trusted because it was plagued by fake review and user that has an isolated case on exchange that often gives negative feedback. Even Kucoin has a 1.5 Star rating in there despite Kucoin is much popular than Bibox with a little bit high review.
Bibox exchange is same country with Kucoin that based on Singapore. They are not that huge but they have a decent volume on their exchange. I use them for quite some time for buying exotic tokens that is not listed yet on huge exchange. OP doesn’t have any proof so I will not judge the exchange quickly.
Well, let's not rely on Trustpilot reviews about Bibox, what about negative user reviews on Bibox in Google Play and the 1-star ratings of thousands of users which indicates that this exchange is already notorious, you can take a look for yourself:

Although the OP did not provide conclusive proof, what I saw from google search engine proof made me endorse the OP's position that it is a scam exchange platform.
