If for example Arsenal and Manchester city are consistent to win in every match going forward, but in the second match or the second meeting between Manchester City v Arsenal and produce a win for Manchester City. Unless Arsenal don't have good results for the next few matches, then this could threaten Arsenal's position to be taken over by Manchester City. Anyway, if Arsenal can win every match, then of course Manchester City will not be able to win the Premier League title this season.
I don't think Arsenal can win all rest matches but they must focus on each of those matches. The race between Arsenal and Manchester City will be decided by results from both clubs, not from only Arsenal or Manchester City.
