So what would you do next after reading all the suggestion in this thread? Have you considered what kind of weekly/monthly bonus you will implement in your casino since its been 3 months and I think it is a long time enough for you to decide. I think you should make an action as soon as possible to have weekly/monthly bonus regardless what kind of bonuses you are going to give.
